Health Benefits of Tequila

Did you know that in small doses Tequila is extremely beneficial to health? It’s good for the bones, is a pre & probiotic, aids in digestion and may boost your metabolism. Mangos are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and fiber and can be used topically for the skin. This is one of our favorite guilt free summer treats!

Tequila Mango Sorbet


INGREDIENTS
1 cup raw honey
1 cup water
3 ripe mangos
2 tablespoons lime juice FRESH
1 tablespoon lemon juice  FRESH
2 tablespoons tequila

Heat the honey and water in a medium saucepan until honey is dissolved.
Remove peel and chop the mango.
Blend honey water, mango lime and Lemon juice and refrigerate for hour.
Add tequila and mix well. You may use an ice cream maker or just blend again. Place in a steel bowl, cover well and freeze for 6-8 hours.
